Director of Research
Dr. Klege is an economist with over 10 years of research and teaching experience across the world. Her work spans from conducting randomized control trials, field and lab experiments, and qualitative studies across a wide range of topics.
Dr. Klege obtained her Ph.D. degree in Economics from the University of Cape Town, South Africa with specializations from the University of Gothenburg, Sweden. She also holds an MPhil in Economics degree. She has won various research grants and participated in several international conferences in different capacities as a panelist, discussant and presenter. She has multiple publications in peer-reviewed journals and serves as a reviewer for various academic journals.
