We are open Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday, 9 a.m.-4 p.m.

No, a social security number is not required, but when available can help to increase federal benefits.
What if I do not have transportation to receive care?
If you make an appointment online, you can call (609) 278-5900 and ask to speak with a social worker that will help you arrange transportation to and from your appointment. When you call to make your appointment, you can also ask to speak with a social worker to arrange transportation.
