 Senior Health and Disease Prevention Program 

Our Senior Health and Disease Prevention Program is designed to direct individuals in need of services to one of our health centers and the many departments where they can benefit from specialized care. 

 Senior Health Services Offered Include:

  2. A Matter of Balance: Managing Concerns about Falls
  3. Walk with Ease
  4. Active Living Every Day (Program available as of Oct. 2023)

Our mobile outreach program is designed to come to your group’s location, ensuring accessibility and convenience.
