Community partners interested in the MHU for an event or services can fill out the Event Request Form. After submission, an HJAHC representative will contact you. While we try to accommodate all requests, it depends on availability. Thanks for working together to promote community wellness with the MHU!
Submission Guidelines:
- Request submission should be made at least 30 days in advance.
- Explanation of the need for advance notice due to legal requirements.
