Development Specialist

Neha gets to play an integral role in supporting Henry J. Austin’s growth by helping to garner support from donors and engage them with HJAHC’s mission. Growing up in an immigrant family in central New Jersey, Neha has always recognized and valued the opportunities she was given that got her where she is today and seeks to ‘pay it forward.’ Prior to coming to Henry J Austin, Neha has worked in corporate, nonprofit, and international organizations to provide communities with access to health services, affordable housing, homelessness prevention, and youth rehabilitation and empowerment. Neha is passionate about mental health and youth development and loves that her role in the Development team helps to increase the community’s access to these essential services and more. Neha graduated from Syracuse University with a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Citizenship & Civic Engagement before receiving her MSW in Management & Policy from Rutgers University. When she’s not working, she can be found reading (preferably at the beach) and spending time with her rescue dog, Jill.
