How to Talk to Your Close Contacts

Tested positive for COVID-19 and were around loved ones? The quicker you can notify them, the quicker they can quarantine, get tested, and throw on a well-fitted mask. Give them a call!

Close contacts include anyone who was less than 6 feet away from you for a combined total of 15 minutes or more over a 24-hour period, EVEN if they were wearing a mask.

Anyone who have come into close contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19 should follow the recommendations outlined on the CDC Quarantine and Isolation webpage. Their next steps will depend on their vaccination status.
