Henry J. Austin Health Center is a full-service ambulatory care provider. We do not operate on a clinic model, but rather offer patients the continuity of establishing a relationship with their primary care provider. Services are provided on a sliding-scale fee basis, with our lowest fee set at $20. We accept several insurances, and walk-ins are always welcome!

Medical Malpractice Liability Protection
The Federally Supported Health Centers Assistance Act of 1992 and 1995 granted medical malpractice liability protection through the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) to HRSA-supported health centers. Henry J. Austin Health Center is a HRSA-supported health center. Therefore, under the Act, Henry J. Austin Health Center employees are deemed or considered Federal employees and are immune from lawsuits resulting from the performance of medical, surgical, dental or related functions, with the Federal government acting as their primary insurer.
