Jennifer Valentin

Director of Operations

Jennifer Valentin brings over a decade of experience in maintenance and facility management, with a strong background in optimizing operations, reducing downtime, and leading high-performing teams across industrial, commercial, and residential environments. She is known for her hands-on leadership style and deep understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance strategies. Jennifer has successfully overseen large-scale healthcare facilities, including those for the Air Force, managing equipment and grounds maintenance programs while ensuring safety, compliance, and cost efficiency.​

Throughout her career, Jennifer has implemented systems and procedures that have extended asset life, improved reliability, and driven measurable results. She is passionate about continuous improvement and is committed to developing team capabilities and staying ahead of evolving industry standards.​

Jennifer holds a Master’s in Corporate Communications from Monmouth University and a Bachelor’s in Communications from Georgian Court University. Outside of work, she enjoys painting, cooking, and spending time with her family and cat. A published spoken word poet, Jennifer performs at local events in Burlington County. She is a proud native of Augusta, Georgia, home of the Masters and James Brown.
