Sehrish Mazhar, MHA, is a determined first-generation leader with 15 years of healthcare experience, excelling in administration, operations, and revenue cycle management within complex multispecialty practices. She is a catalyst for transformation and dedicated to advancing her organizations’ missions.

Sehrish’s healthcare journey revolves around her passion for leadership, mentorship, and systemic improvement. She earned her Master of Health Administration (MHA) from NYU Wagner Graduate School of Public Service, driven by her unwavering commitment to enhancing patient care and championing diversity, equity, and inclusion. She currently serves as the membership chair for the National Association of Health Service Executives, NJ Chapter, and is an active member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Sehrish’s long-term vision centers on elevating health equity as a top leadership priority and fostering educational opportunities for minority leaders. Beyond her professional pursuits, she enjoys traveling with her husband and two daughters.
