Charles L. Davis, II is a proven strategic business planning and educational implementation professional. He has cultivated a career in tactical business development and management consulting services for small to mid-size companies that has yielded marked outcomes in the areas of organizational management, communication strategies and market growth. In addition, Mr. Davis has earned success as an administrator and adjunct faculty in higher education. He has leadership experience in educating young adults to achieve success through academic excellence and professional development. Mr. Davis is the owner of Davis Equity Partners (DEP), L.L.C., which provides consulting services in the areas of organizational development, management, strategic planning, real estate redevelopment, communication strategies, human resources, etc. In his principal role at DEP, Mr. Davis is the lead consultant on all retained services. Mr. Davis has a B.S. in Management and an M.B.A. from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He serves as Chairman, Board of Directors at Henry J. Austin Health Center and the Shiloh Baptist Church in Trenton. He is also the Chief Personnel Officer at the Shiloh Baptist Church and a Board Member at the Shiloh Community Development Corporation. Charles L. Davis, II, is committed to the revitalization and growth of his community. He believes that concentrated efforts in the areas of education, public safety, economic development, health and housing are critical to rebuilding his neighborhood.
