Director of Primary Care

Khyati Patel joined Henry J Austin Health Center in October 2022 as the Director of Primary Care. Prior to joining Henry J Austin Health Center, Khyati served as a Managing Director for a Cardio-Vascular & Internal Medicine group with multi-site locations in New Jersey & Pennsylvania. Khyati is an outcome-driven professional with experience in delivering transformational and visionary leadership to healthcare organizations and medical facilities. Highly experienced in analyzing existing operations, identifying potential growth opportunities, and implementing necessary practices to increase patient satisfaction. Her areas of expertise include Operations Management, Revenue Cycle Management, Strategic Business Development, New Practice Acquisitions, Cross Functional Collaboration, as well as Team Training & Leadership. A believer in “Being a person who wants to make a difference in someone’s life” and decided to be part of Henry J Austin Health Center to continue with the journey of serving the community.  

Khyati graduated from Keller Graduate School of Management with master’s in Business Administration with Healthcare Services as concentration. She also holds a bachelor’s in Business & Accounting. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, travelling and baking.
