Raza Gilani is a seasoned business leader with over 20 years of experience in managing large-scale operations and driving financial excellence. Throughout his career, he has overseen over $1.2 billion in P&L and led teams of more than 200 individuals. Raza is known for his strategic direction in fiscal management, tax and retirement planning, and compliance, as well as his expertise in defining processes and implementing systems to support long-term organizational growth. His ability to cultivate new business opportunities and execute initiatives with a strong focus on goal attainment has made him a performance-driven leader across various industries, including social services, healthcare, financial services, retail/hospitality, and printing and publishing. 

 

Raza has held key roles such as Director of Business Administration, Senior Sales Manager at GE Healthcare, and Regional Director at America Works, where he grew contracts by 250%. He is also a Certified Gallup Strengths Coach, enhancing employee engagement and customer loyalty at Fortune 500 companies. 

 

Raza holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing and Finance and has been recognized with awards including the “Performance Award” from Burlington County, NJ, the “Circle of Excellence” and “President Award” from PNC Bank, and the “Manager of the Year” award from PepsiCo (Taco Bell). His leadership is defined by his ability to drive growth, improve efficiency, and achieve results.
