Come meet our team, learn about our services, enjoy free food, music, entertainment, and free giveaways for your family.

In celebration of National Health Center Week, join HJAHC for the Community Celebration on August 5 from 2-5 p.m.! HJAHC, along with their community partners, will be hosting this free event for patients and community members. The event will feature wellness and family activities, health education and services, and valuable resources from community partners.
By sponsoring the HJAHC Community Celebration, organizations will have the opportunity to showcase their brand and values to the local community and support a worthwhile cause. HJAHC is offering several sponsorship levels – choose the level that works for you.
