Ronald Jean, MHA, PMP, ATC, OTC assumed the role of Director of Quality Improvement in March of 2020. Ronald Jean comes to Henry J. Austin Health Center with experience as a clinician and administrator, specifically working on strategic healthcare planning and the improvement of operational/clinical workflows. He previously served as a network Practice Facilitator for process Improvement at Ryan Health Network in NYC. His role consisted of facilitating and coaching clinical sites in practice redesign, Patient Centered Medical Home transformation, and DSRIP project development. He effectively guided clinical practices in systematically making improvements in practice operations and clinical quality outcomes.
Ronald is a graduate of William Paterson University, Wayne, NJ with a Dual Bachelors in Kinesiology and Exercise Physiology. He also holds a Master in Healthcare Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Teaneck, NJ. In addition, he is certified and licensed as a Project Management Professional, Athletic Trainer state of NJ and certified in OrthopedicTechnology. Ronald continued his educational growth with a fellowship in Physician externship in sports medicine at Newark Beth Israel Hospital in Newark, NJ. He is currently matriculating through his doctorate of Healthcare Administration and Policy at Central Michigan University. Ronald is a Northern New Jersey resident where he resides with his wife and 3 children. In his spare time, Ronald enjoys public speaking and travel with his family.
