Ursula Blanc

Director of Quality Improvement

Ursula Blanc recently joined Henry J. Austin Health Center (HJAHC) in September 2017 as the Director of Quality Improvement. Prior to joining HJAHC, she worked at Iris House, A Center for Women and Families living with HIV/AIDS for almost 5 years, serving as the Director of Evaluation and Quality Assurance. She obtained her medical degree from the Bogomolets National Medical University in Kiev, Ukraine and her Master’s in Public Health degree from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey in 2011. Ursula is passionate about working with agencies that serve the under-served and hard to reach populations. Outside of work, Ursula enjoys spending time with her family, tasty desserts and putting together IKEA furniture.
