Se trata de un proyecto de renovaci\u00f3n por fases en el actual Centro de Salud de Ewing Street. Los licitadores deber\u00e1n confirmar su asistencia y solicitar los documentos de licitaci\u00f3n poni\u00e9ndose en contacto con Stephen Doyle en sdoyle@cchnj.com.<\/p>\n<p>El trabajo para este proyecto incluye, entre otras cosas:<\/p>\n<p>Fase 1: Renovaci\u00f3n de la sala de pediatr\u00eda del segundo piso, incluida la creaci\u00f3n de una nueva sala de reconocimiento y una sala de espera ampliada. Las actualizaciones incluir\u00e1n nuevos techos, acabados y sustituci\u00f3n de la carpinter\u00eda existente en las salas de examen.<\/p>\n<p>Fase 2: Mejoras en la primera planta, empezando por una nueva ventanilla de registro de pacientes detr\u00e1s del actual mostrador de seguridad. Las nuevas puertas de los pasillos restringir\u00e1n el acceso a la zona de servicios y se instalar\u00e1n nuevos acabados en los pasillos.<\/p>\n<p>Trabajos simult\u00e1neos: Se sustituir\u00e1n las unidades de calefacci\u00f3n, ventilaci\u00f3n y aire acondicionado de los tejados y se conectar\u00e1n a los conductos existentes. Los difusores, registros y rejillas existentes permanecer\u00e1n en su lugar.<\/p>\n<p>Todos los contratistas y subcontratistas deber\u00e1n adherirse a los procedimientos y pol\u00edticas de salud requeridos en las instalaciones por el Centro de Salud Henry J.
