Trenton, NJ - 21 de mayo de 2024 - Henry J. Austin Health Center (HJAHC) anuncia el nombramiento de Charles L. Davis, II como su nuevo Director Ejecutivo, a partir del 6 de mayo.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Davis aporta a su nuevo cargo en el HJAHC una d\u00e9cada de experiencia en administraci\u00f3n sanitaria y un fuerte compromiso con el servicio a la comunidad.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Davis fue Presidente del Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n de HJAHC de 2014 a 2024, donde desempe\u00f1\u00f3 un papel fundamental para guiar el crecimiento y el \u00e9xito de la organizaci\u00f3n. Bajo su liderazgo, el HJAHC logr\u00f3 importantes hitos, como m\u00e1s de $12 millones en inversiones en infraestructuras, la duplicaci\u00f3n de los ingresos presupuestarios anuales hasta $33 millones y la aplicaci\u00f3n de una pol\u00edtica de \"salario digno\". Su visi\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica y su dedicaci\u00f3n a la eficiencia operativa han reforzado la posici\u00f3n del HJAHC como l\u00edder sanitario de la comunidad.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Antes de unirse a HJAHC, Davis desempe\u00f1\u00f3 funciones clave en la administraci\u00f3n del gobernador Phil Murphy, centr\u00e1ndose en la mejora de las operaciones y el servicio al cliente en la Comisi\u00f3n de Veh\u00edculos Motorizados de Nueva Jersey. Tambi\u00e9n tiene experiencia en servicios sociales y educaci\u00f3n superior, habiendo trabajado en el Centro Correccional del Condado de Mercer y en la Universidad Fairleigh Dickinson, respectivamente.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
