Los farmac\u00e9uticos, muchos de los cuales son biling\u00fces, trabajan estrechamente con varios proveedores de atenci\u00f3n primaria, especialmente con los nutricionistas licenciados de HJAHC y los asesores de salud conductual para obtener una visi\u00f3n global de la salud del paciente.
