Austin:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Saludos, ruego que esto encuentre a cada uno de ustedes, y a sus familias, bien durante este per\u00edodo hist\u00f3rico de preocupaci\u00f3n e incertidumbre en materia de salud. La Junta de Directores y los administradores principales de HJAHC est\u00e1n comprometidos a asegurar que estemos atentos, preventivos, receptivos y responsables en nuestro liderazgo de esta impresionante organizaci\u00f3n. Hemos estado en continua comunicaci\u00f3n y sesiones de planificaci\u00f3n para navegar por esta desafortunada pandemia y nuestro necesario y confiado papel en ella. Nos hemos guiado por lo siguiente:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Garantizar la seguridad y la salud de los miembros de nuestro equipo HJAHC;<\/li><li>Crear un entorno seguro y saludable para nuestros pacientes;<\/li><li>Seguir prestando servicios m\u00e9dicos esenciales que cambian y salvan vidas; y<\/li><li>Ser innovadores en la forma de hacer el trabajo.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Como saben, contamos con algunas de las mejores personas, que hacen el mejor trabajo. El Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n autoriz\u00f3 recientemente una recomendaci\u00f3n s\u00f3lida y responsable, presentada por los Jefes, para ajustar los servicios, reajustar (y reubicar) a parte del personal y reducir las visitas innecesarias a nuestros centros de salud de la zona. Los directores de sus departamentos les informar\u00e1n de estas medidas. Estos esfuerzos han sido paralelos a las asociaciones concertadas con las agencias del \u00e1rea, los gobiernos y los socios de la comunidad. Estamos todos juntos en esto. Creemos que las diversas medidas adoptadas ayudar\u00e1n a reducir la exposici\u00f3n innecesaria y la \"propagaci\u00f3n en la comunidad\". Animamos a todos a mantener la calma y a seguir las indicaciones de los administradores superiores y de las directrices gubernamentales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a1Somos el Centro de Salud Henry J. Austin!
