The CDC currently recommends anyone 6 months of age and older to get an updated COVID-19 vaccine. If you have not received a COVID-19 vaccine in the past 2 months, get an updated COVID-19 vaccine to protect yourself.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Research shows vaccines prevent hospitalization and death due to COVID-19. To schedule your COVID-19 vaccine, please call 609-278-5900.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mask Policy<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Upon entering an HJAHC facility, you will be asked to wear a mask if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms: fever, rash, cough, and\/or congestion. You will also be asked to wear a mask when you go into a clinical space to see a provider. If you feel more comfortable wearing a mask at all times, you may continue to do so.\u00a0 Wearing a mask is the best practice to protect our staff and others from getting sick.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n

Which vaccines are offered at HJAHC, and who is eligible to receive them?<\/span><\/i><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

Uninsured or underinsured individuals meeting <\/span>VVC\/VFA guidelines<\/span> can receive the Moderna Spikevax or Pfizer vaccines. Insured individuals are eligible for the Moderna Spikevax vaccine.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

Who can qualify for VVC\/VFA?<\/span><\/i><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

Individuals aged 18 or younger without insurance, with straight Medicaid, or Medicaid with an HMO PLAN A only are eligible for VFC. You will get a $25 Walmart gift card for each scheduled and administered COVID-19 vaccine. If your whole family has appointments on a Saturday, each person will receive their own gift card.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
