Administrative Assistant

Charisma Phillips supports the Development and Communication department at Henry J. Austin Health Center. Charisma graduated from Rider University with a Business Administration degree and is passionate about art.  
 
In her spare time, Charisma loves spending time with her two sons, Caiden, 7, and Kairo, 2. She loves writing, watching food videos, baking, and cooking. She loves trying new cooking recipes and creating her own. Her biggest passion is to be able to travel the world with her sons and allow them to experience different cultures and new places.
